CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

 

B&B VIA ROMA 25 AREZZO DOES NOT HAVE AN OPEN RECEPTION AVAILABLE 24H ON 24. THEREFORE, THE CHECK-IN SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ONLY BY APPOINTMENT PREVIOUSLY AGREED AND MAY BE PROVIDED FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE IN CASE OF ARRIVAL OUT OF THE CHECK-IN TIME.

The rooms are normally ready by 3 pm. For those who decide to arrive in the morning we can still check in and leave the keys of the assigned room directly, it will be possible to leave the luggage indoors. We are not available between 12:30 and 15:00.
Check-in takes place no later than 20:30 and only by appointment since we do not live into the facility.
  •  During the check-in, we will provide the access keys to the building and to the assigned room, there are no entry and exit times, we only recommend to pay attention not to disturb the other guests from 10 pm to 10 am, to guarantee to everyone a good rest.
  • Check-out is required no later than 10:30 am. We kindly ask you to respect the timetable not to cause delays in the delivery of the rooms to subsequent guests. Late check-out costs € 20.00 / h

NO SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the accommodation in the service of the health and respect for the following guests. In the event of failure to comply with the rule, a penalty of € 270 will be applied with immediate debit on the credit card as a guarantee for extra cleaning and sanitizing of the rooms.

AIR CONDITIONING

The use of air conditioning is manageable at the discretion of the guests via the remote control. To avoid unnecessary waste, please turn off the air conditioning whenever you leave the room, it takes a few minutes for the air conditioner to reach the desired temperature. The use of air conditioning in the common rooms is managed by our service staff.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

The luggage storage for the departure day is free. We will request the delivery of the room keys and release them when you return to the B&B without any time limits. We inform you that we have a common toilet for guests.

HEALTHY SLEEPING

Sleeping in our accommodation means resting on comfortable, hypoallergenic and non-allergic mattresses, individually wrapped up with differentiated lift carried out on request by the well-known company “Idormibene“. They are covered by soft washed and ironed sheets in the prestigious certified of excellence laundry service, “Schultze”; finally warmed up during the winter by our quilts stuffed with goose down.

PARKING

The B&B via Roma 25 is located in the center of the town, outside the ZTL zone (limited traffic zone), so it is possible to stop in front of the building on the loading- unloading sector (not always available) and drop the luggage. Next you can leave the car in the parking lot.
We have an agreement with the following garages or public parking lots nearby. For those who decide to park in the garages, it is necessary to inform the caretaker that you are guests of the B&B Via Roma 25 before entering from the barrier, in order to take advantage of the agreement.
  • Garage “Autorimessa Sant’Agostino“, 5 minutes walk from the hotel (350 meters), price € 15/24h. Via Pietro Aretino, 9. Open from 7:30am to 8:30pm.
  • Garage “Central Parking“, 9 minutes walk from the hotel (650 meters), price € 10/24h or 15€/24h including car valet service (a driver will pick up the car in front of the b&b and bring it back upon request) ON REQUEST. Viale Piero della Francesca, 45.
  • Public parking places “Eden” (450 meters) and “Cadorna” (350 meters), 4 minutes walk from the hotel, price € 1.50/h. Free from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am, holidays and Sundays (excluding the first Sunday of the month for the Antiques Fair).
  • “Parking Mecenate” multi-storey long-stay car park, 12 minutes walk from the hotel (950 meters), price € 3/day. Viale Mecenate.
  • Public Parking “Baldaccio” multi-storey long-stay car park, 7/8 minutes walk from the hotel, price 3€/day. Open from midday to midnight.
  • Parking for motorcycles and bicycles – The property has a free private garage only for motorcycles and bicycles (on request).

DISTANCES AND WAYS OF TRANSPORTATION

  • The historic center is accessible by walking (Limited traffic zone). The main monuments of interest are distant within 10 minutes from the accommodation.  The B&B is 5 minutes on foot from the train station (350 meters). 
  • The bus station for Centro Fiere e Congressi in Via Lazzaro Spallanzani nr 23 is located in front of the building (Portici via Roma). 
  • The bus stop for the Tuscan Surgical Center hospital is two-minute walk from the B&B (Piazza Guido Monaco).
  • The San Giuseppe hospital can be reached on foot in 7 minutes (600 meters)
  • The San Donato hospital can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (1 km) or by bus, departing from the bus stop in front of the building (Portici Via Roma).
