Prices per night are inclusive of 10% VAT. The tourist tax of 3,00 euro/person at day is not included for the first four days of the stay. Minors under 12 and residents of the Municipality of Arezzo are exempted. Rooms prices vary depending on occupancy, season, events and the length of the stay. In order to get the best rate of price, please contact directly the accommodation. A Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

PAYMENTS
To confirm the reservation, a valid credit card is required as a guarantee. Full payment will be done on arrival in cash or by VISA, MASTERCARD credit cards and debit cards.
Payments with MAN PAN and Virtual Card are accepted as well. Payments will be requested the day before the stay. Payments by advance bank transfer are accepted only for non-refundable reservations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
(Unless agreed at the time of the booking)
In case of cancellation of the stay, the penalty will be paid as follows:
- from booking to 7 days before check-in: no cost
- from less than 7 days to 0 days from check in: 100% penalty
- no show: payment of the entire stay
For “non-refundable” reservations, the amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking and cannot be canceled.
